About me

Katarzyna Antończyk, MSc Eng. Architect

My name is Katarzyna Antończyk. I am an architect and the founder of KAAN STUDIO, an interior design studio based in the Gdańsk–Sopot–Gdynia area.

I studied architecture at Gdańsk University of Technology and at École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris-Val de Seine in Paris. I have been running my own studio since 2013, designing and delivering interiors with a particular passion for apartments in historic buildings. I also share my professional experience through my Instagram profile and the Architekt Na Szpilkach blog.

My aim is to create interiors that age beautifully and reflect the personality, lifestyle and interests of the people who live in them. I seek to make the most of each space, enhancing its strengths while finding thoughtful solutions to its limitations. Colour also plays an important role in my work, helping me create distinctive, harmonious and timeless interiors.
